Executive Summary
TRXMAX would like to become a Korean channel partner for CatFee by combining CatFee's Energy infrastructure with TRXMAX's Korean onboarding, local support, content marketing, and user acquisition.
TRXMAX does not intend to operate as a custody wallet or exchange. The role is distribution, user experience, local support, and channel growth.
Revenue Split Proposal
Based on CatFee's example 16% total payout model, TRXMAX proposes the following split for partnership review.
This is a proposal, not a final contract term. Final split, settlement receivers, payout cycle, display wording, and public disclosure can be adjusted based on CatFee approval, traffic contribution, delegated volume, API policy, and compliance requirements.

Energy Staking
- User stakes TRX in their own TRON wallet and generates Energy.
- TRXMAX explains the non-custodial delegation model in Korean.
- After partnership approval, users delegate Energy to the official receiving address provided under the approved partner flow.
- Expected yield, quota, settlement status, and public operating data are displayed through TRXMAX.
Energy Rental
- User enters a recipient TRON address.
- User selects Energy amount and rental duration.
- The tool previews estimated payment, expected savings, and order state.
- After API approval, the preview flow can connect to CatFee quote, order, status, and webhook APIs.
Integration Plan
- Receive CatFee partnership approval and branding guidance.
- Receive official resource delegation receiving address and settlement rules.
- Connect CatFee Energy rental estimate, order creation, order status, and account APIs on the TRXMAX server.
- Store API keys only in server environment variables; never expose keys to browser JavaScript.
- Build public data from approved order, delegation, settlement, and payout fields.
- Launch Korean user beta and start Telegram/X/blog marketing operation.
